The Moscow Offensive by Dale Brown

3.0

I'm not sure exactly how to sum up how I felt about this one. First, I hadn't read the previous books in the series, and while it didn't seem to matter, it's possible I missed some subtle aspects of the story due to lack of knowledge of the history within the series. That said, this read to me like a Tom Clancy or Vince Flynn type of story. I normally enjoy those, and I liked this one too in some ways. It was a bit of a slog in parts. Overall, it was ok, but not something that made me desperate to go back and read the previous 21 books.
