An Astronaut's Guide to Life on Earth: What Going to Space Taught Me about Ingenuity, Determination, and Being Prepared for Anything by Chris Hadfield
4.0
I found myself not caring much about the first chapter about his childhood, although I see why it was included. The rest of the book was fascinating and I am happy to be reading this at 39, feeling like I am 8 years old and learning about our space program all over again. The lessons he learned do apply to life on earth, and I am working on incorporating a few of them into my thought processes to try and combat my anxiety. For that and other reasons, I see myself returning to this one in a few years to reread.
