I have no idea why I resisted reading this book! What a rollercoaster read!! It was not at all what I expected and salacious in all the best ways!! Imagine having a stage icon give you her life story unvarnished and with all the sordid details! Here is a story of live and friendship and a lifetime of pretending. While I was not surprised by any of the turns the book took they still delighted me to no end. I am off to explore reads by this author. Let us hope they are all as engaging as this one was!
