This is the best book I’ve read this year. Maybe even the best book I’ve ever read? I could not put it down. I read it in a day.

This is a universal story about grief. It’s heart wrenching, maddening and beautiful. You absolutely fall in love with Maddie and cheer her on throughout. Her internal dialogue is hilarious and charming. When you read the acknowledgments and realize this book is based on the authors life, it’s that much more heartwarming.

I literally hugged this book when I was done…I didn’t want to let it go. So beautiful.
