I absolutely looooved about half of this book, and the other half I kind of just couldn’t follow. Which is fine! It was a lot of vibes that still read well to me but I didn’t come away from those stories with much. The writing is very detached and disassociated which is incredibly powerful in stories like bad Mexican dog and Alvin, where not much happens. But I found that it only confused me in the stories that were less internalized like me rory and aurora. Overall very cool and weird and great themes along post humanism and capitalism vibes that was great!
