Anna has been forced to go to an American boarding school in Paris. She leaves a possible boyfriend, her little brother and her best friend, and she is distraught. That is until she bumped into the very handsome and very charming Étienne St. Clair. There is only one problem, and that is Étienne St. Clair's girlfriend.

I was seeing all the hype about the newly released Isla and the Happily Ever After and I thought it was probably about time that I gave Anna and the French Kiss a go. And I am so glad that I did. It was a fantastic, cute and fluffy read and I actually laughed. Which is very unusual for me when reading, usually it's a grin, or i'm laughing in my head (weird, I know), but this book actually made me giggle and laugh out loud. I loved every minute of it. I read it all in one sitting. I've only recently started reading contemporary YA romances. They were just never really my thing, but I tried reading out of my comfort zone recently, and I found out that I actually really like them.

Anyway, enough of my ramblings and onto the actually review!

I loved the setting. Paris seems like such a fantastic and magical place, and I would really love to visit one day. I liked the story, it seemed so real and there was some real relationship development between Anna and Etienne, as it spanned over a year, and there was no insta-love but actually friendship turned into romantic love and I think that was the best thing in this book.

The characters were great, and they were all so real, well developed and flawed. I loved their chemistry together and their friendship and I just liked everything about this book, it was really great.

If you love cute, fluffy romance then I highly recommend you pick this one up.
