I had much fun reading this. I almost forgot how witty and sarcastic the characters were; it's truly what grounded me in the story —the personalities and familial ties. The dialogue was the strongest aspect of this book for me, it really showed each character and made these 430+ pages feel like a breeze (despite the weeks it took me to read lol). Colin was the original antagonist in my eyes cause the way he pissed me off. The thing with Colin was he wanted to make all the decisions for both of them and that didn't sit right with me. I constantly had to remind myself that it was a different time when I got too riled up. Thankfully, he redeemed himself, though I don't think I'll ever be able to read this and not get mad all over again. Overall, I enjoyed this for the most part and I'm looking forward to rereading the other books, especially Eloise's!!
