I always thought this series looked really cute, seeing it go in and out of the library constantly but I only decided to read it after watching the fabulous Netflix show. First--wow! They did such a great job with the show. They really captured the spirit of the books. And Second--wow! What a great graphic novel. The illustrations are fantastic, and the faces of the girls are so expressive, their personalities really come through. I love that this is a series about a group of girls who take an idea and run with it. It's a realistic idea, and it helps to bring them and their community together. And it's a brilliant idea for a series of graphic novels, because each book focuses on a different member of the club and their are so many great story possibilities. Really fantastic!
