Different, Not Less: A neurodivergent's guide to embracing your true self and finding your happily ever after by Chloé Hayden

4.0

A very moving and insightful and well written memoir of growing up with autism. I expected that. However, I didn’t expect the additional clinical and technical information. I was very pleasantly surprised how many topics the book covers from a more objective point of view. Things like different forms of stimming, suggestions for accommodations in different situations, potential symptoms of autism, a history of the diagnosis, and more. It’s really a great one-stop shopping guide! If you’re looking to read only one book about autism, this is a great choice!
