Between a 4.5 and 5 for me.

I very much enjoyed this! It’s been one I’ve been wanting to read for years, and I’m glad I finally did. Very gripping! The original cover really doesn’t match the vibe of the book. I would classify it as a young adult high fantasy. I’m very excited about continuing with the sequel.
