High school didn't bring out the best in many of us.
Ellie Is Cool Now by Victoria Fulton and Faith McClaren taps into that, in a reunion-themed rom-com that is completely charming.
Thank you to Read Forever for my gifted copy for review!
Ellie Jenkins is a screenwriter in L.A. for a popular teen drama. But her roots remain in Ohio, where she was a self-described member of the "miscellaneous" high school social crowd. (That's definitely where I landed back in my day!)
But attending her 10 year reunion brings her face to face with former crush Mark Wright, as well as estranged best friend Roxy.
I loved the characters, the second-chance romance, the humour, and the messiness along the way.
 Absolutely recommended!
 Released on March 21.
