Found footage horror is not something I generally seek out, and I may have decided to skip this novella if I had known it falls into that category. I'm really glad I read this though because it is so good and creepy that I devoured it in one day. It is about a writer named Thomas Livingston. He is renting a lighthouse that has a bad reputation, and he intends to stay there for three days and document his experiences. This is definitely a page-turner and I would highly recommend this to horror fans, especially if they are into found-footage and epistolary narratives.
