Wow. The things Jennette went through starting at a very young age are so devastating. I could not put this book down, I read it in one sitting. Every adult in her life failed her, and didn't protect her from the abuse she went through. I'm so glad that she was able to come out on the other side, stronger and more confident. The respect I have for her is astronomical.
Jennette McCurdy is such an engaging writer, I felt like I was right there in the room with her. The rage I felt towards her mother and "the creator" *cough*Dan Schnieder*cough* had me gritting my teeth and wanting to punch a hole through the wall. The bravery it took to write this memoir... 5000/5 stars!
