No mention of DR but helpful tips on how to do strength training at home. So I'll give it points for that. And she's realistic about weight loss, which is nice and disheartening at the same time.
That diet though! Really? It seems a little sparse if someone is nursing and, since I'm getting up at night starving anyway, it didn't really seem realistic.
