Finally got around to reading the third instalment in the Glimmer Falls series and I am so happy to be back in this world.
In this book we follow Eleonore and Ben and I absolutely adore this pairing. I love and relate to both characters and I really felt we got to know them so well, which is what I've gotten from all of the books in this series so far.
There is also enough plot to keep the story moving onwards, with a political subplot that allows you to get to know all of the other characters in Glimmer Falls. This book just took me a while to get through as I'm currently fighting a reading slump, but I do genuinely think this book is a tad too long for a romance and could have been edited down more.
I really love Sarah Hawley's writing style and I'm looking forward to picking up her next fantasy romance series in 2025.
