The whole concept reminds me a lot of the game "Detroit: Become Human." Like it's about robots, who are very similar to humans, that people buy to help with life. For most of the book, you can tell something is wrong with Josie and the other characters, but Klara's world just gets weirder and more messed up as the book progresses. It shows how different people process change, specifically change they don't have any control off. I found it very interesting, but it was very repetitive at times. Some needed to take away Ishiguro's pen or cut down the book a little.
