I wish I had the chronometer to go back and gift these books to my younger self.
I loved the unexpected turnaround, very interesting. I was a wee bit worried (almost getting annoyed) that Kendra was kind of useless during the battle, I’m so happy she was not, she was basically the heroine (my favourite character btw).
The whole story was a lesson of power, choices, and values, but disguised as a very exciting and interesting fantasy. I’m certainly reading more of Mull’s works.
