This was a fun and fast read. It didn’t have the typical bullying trope that is common in academia books and I loved that. There is certainly some distaste between the supernaturals and some division but this was not dwelled on. I loved that this was a group of “outsiders” that come together to form friendships that turn into more. The world building was easy to understand and the characters were fun to follow. The mystery surrounding the academy is intriguing and that cliffhanger was so good!
