I was worried since all the reviewers talked about how awful Prem was and wondered how Rina could ever forgive him, but he was definitely not that bad. He was very open with his feelings and considerate of her feelings. I thought

he was going to lie and pretend to love her and trick her into an engagement

but that’s not what happened at all. Yes her family is pretty awful to her but overall the story was good. I love the Taking of the Shrew adaption 10 Things I Hate About You so this can’t fully compare but it was decent.
