I knew as soon as I picked Scythe up that I was going to be completely hooked. I enjoyed every minute of this book and could not put it down. I appreciated the morbidness and the humor in it. I was completely surprised throughout and couldn't guess at what was going to happen. I thought the world created was interesting and I loved the details. I think of all of the characters Scythe Curie was my favorite, and I really enjoyed reading the snippets of her Scythe's journal along with the story.
