Siege and Storm by Leigh Bardugo
4.0
I literally would’ve killed someone (probably me) if this book turned to be bad like the first one, although with each book more plot holes appear, especially with the power system; specifically ALINA’s powers (the Darkling too) but all of that didn’t bother me WHAT REALLY BOTHERED ME WAS //MAL\\
I REALLY like don’t see why the author can’t just snap his head off already, he’s such a whiny little shit that shouldn’t really consume any part of Alina’s heart nor brain and I feel like he’s hindering her like (I know he’s like a lifeline to her and that she’d be going apeshit already if it wasn’t for her pure love and adoration for him).
What I loved about this book was:
1- Nikolai lantsov
2- everything about Nikolai lantsov
3- every little detail of Nikolai lantsov
4- finally I’ve gathered enough heart to love Alina (she finally lived up to whom she should be NOT SOME STUPID GIRL IN LOVE erhm)
5- Tamar and Tolya
6- the last 10% of the book because that’s mostly when things happened (the author kept milking things through the pages tbh but I still liked this one way more than the first one)
Over and Done. Can’t wait to start the last one
