What can I say except I found this book and the one before it in the series so completely and pleasurably DULL and unemotional that they both provided me with several nights of unexpectedly deep sleep in another blistering summer jangling with bad news. Five stars for what I am afraid was not the intention but thank you, thank you, all the same.
