it was ok. it didn't make me want to die that much, which i guess is my new standard when it comes to reading these kinds of books. i feel like this would have been so much better if the whole love story with tom was just abandoned, and we just focused on the friendship (and/or Relationship!!!!!!) between jemma and alice, because the tension and potential was RIGHT THERE. this book would have been so good had it only realized its queer potential </3
