A brilliant piece of historical fiction set in Australia. Dolly was equally loveable and hateful. I was shocked at how she treated her children. This book was brilliantly atmospheric and captured the feel of the Australia that Dolly lived in strongly. Helped by the Australian narrator in the audio book who was fantastic. A really easy listen.
