Henry's Hand by Ross MacDonald

5.0

I loved this book! It was a really cute story about friendship.

Henry is a Frankenstein creature who's parts come off, but he is most attached to his right hand. Until he starts taking advantage of Hand and Hand goes off to the city, where in a right time right place kind of moment he achieves fame. But one letter from Henry saying he's sorry and Hand is right back to the country to be with his friend. The letter is so simple, just say's "I'm sorry". No signature, no return address. The message is that "That's just how it is with old friends. You pick up where you left off. And don't need to say much. A word here and there speaks volumes".

Super cute.
