Note: I have never read a contemporary romance novel before this book.

I loved this, so so much. The story was adorable, the characters were lovable, the plot kept me locked in at all times. As someone who usually only reads fantasy, I would recommend this to someone new to the contemporary romance genre like myself. Especially if you’re a women in STEM like myself, or just a women in academia. I think Olive’s struggles in her program were brought up in a great manner. Oh and the tropes in this book are so good. Ugh I just loved this so much, it was refreshing to read something out of my comfort zone. Read it, read it now.
