I absolutely loved this book! A trip to San Francisco explores some of the liquids that we come in contact with daily. Miodownik perfectly balances science with humour for a hugely enjoyable read. The style of writing is easy to follow and incorporates diagrams and images to aid understanding. If you're interested in the science of day to day life, this is definitely a must read!
