Quite the little beauty and the beast retelling spree I've been on.

I know I know I know A Court of Thorns and Roses was also a retelling too but I couldn't help but see the similarities in the story.

Similarities:
- Three sisters
- Dad is a merchant (who loses everything)
-Man / Beast he kinda can change so Tamlin
- She hunts for her family so they don't starve
- Mom dead and when main character is little so doesn't really remember her.
-Snow
-Fleetfoot vibes too

Difference:
- No fae. Dragon women tho
-Dad goes hunting for them (won't take MC tho so she goes herself)
- All the sisters get along

Anyways I did very much like this one because you do get from Beauty's perspective and "Beast's"

Beauty mostly just wants to be free of having to deal with rich life and wants to be back at the cabin with her father just hunting and having a good time in the woods, but once misfortune falls her family and she's there she will do anything to protect her family.

Beast wants to break the curse but the wolf part of him is winning. He's becoming more beast than man. Then Beauty shoots him with an arrow and she will have to do.

I also love that they threw the twist on the story with The Golden Bird along side the beauty and the beast one it really fell into place well in my opinion
