The Book of Witching by C.J. Cooke

dark

3.75

This was a fun witchy read for the fall. I liked unraveling the mystery of what happened to Clem’s daughter, Erin, on he’d recent trip with her friends. She was dabbling in the occult and Clem had no idea. We also got a POV from the 1500s as a tribal healer was accused of witchcraft.
I really enjoyed the story, but I kept waiting for the storylines to converge in some type of way and I just wasn’t a fan of how they connected.
Overall, I still liked the story and would recommend it. The audiobook was fantastic.
