I finally got the physical copy so I decided to reread and it’s still, undeniably, perfect to me.

Falling in love with the characters and their story is easy, and their relationship feels incredibly genuine. The characters are also written really well, I hate when a characters development revolves entirely around a relationship so it was nice to see them grow outside of that. Eli’s a personal favourite of mine for sure.

The dialogue throughout the book is a highlight too. It’s natural and the characters are funny without forcing it, and I don’t often feel too positive or negatively about dialogue in books but I couldn’t get enough of it. The entire breakaway series will continue to be one of (if not) my favourite romance series’ ever.
