Weather Girl by Rachel Lynn Solomon

5.0

This book has everything you could want in a slow burn, friends to lovers, work conspiracy (?) contemporary romance. I absolutely adore Ari, her profession, her dynamic character, and hell, even her love for weather. And Russel? Sign me up. Probably my favorite love interest to date. This book is cozy, low stakes, and a little 'we tied a bow on everything', but I absolutely adore it. It is not a high stakes page turner where you hold your breath at the end of each chapter. But, much like Ari and Russel's relationship, the slow burn and growing affection towards this book had me wanting to spend more and more time with the characters.

I wasn't the biggest fan of The Ex-Talk by RLS until the end of the book, but I like it enough to pick up Weather Girl. This reading experience has solidly landed RLS in my 'will buy all her books' category.
