I went into this book with it hyped up from BookTube and BookTok and Bookstagram and all the other bullshit names they come up with. Thankfully I was not disappointed. This book constricts your heart like a boa. You think you have a chance to escape, but then the grip tightens and you realize you are lost to this universe and thse characters. The only difference in dying to a real boa, is that I have no regrets letting Kaz Brekker kill me.
