I don’t know if the writing wasn’t good, or the plot was a disaster or if the characters were just blah but everything about this book was meh. I didn’t care for the way the formatting was done for this novel, because sometimes I forgot whose POV was taking place since chapters didn’t really exist. Neither MC made me feel any type of way. The whole plot of the story was just weird and not well executed. I honestly could have walked away from this book at any point and never looked back, but I wanted to see how the author wrapped it up. If you want a solid m/m sports romance with a tad bit of angst and hatred, skip this one!
