Hateful Love by T. Ashleigh, Addison Beck
5.0
This is a perfect hate love relationship. Silas and Blaine make each others skin crawl. However, we know that to hate you must have feelings. These two come together in a rough and tumble way and the chemistry is highly reactive. Silas is scary and dangerous, but only because he has so much passion inside him. He is my favourite, and the things he says are sometimes hilarious. Even when he is all growly it comes off as funny. Blaine is a gorgeous person inside and out, and not just because he has spent his life pleasing people, he is so loveable that Silas didn't really stand a chance not to fall for him. Their chalk and cheese characters just work, maybe they are more similar than they realise. They seem to share the same kink and the intimate scenes are incredibly hot and sensual. There is some biker gang action and violence to be aware of. Lots of side characters added a great deal to this story and I can't wait to read Whaley's story. I will chuckle about Silas's reaction to Recycling Club for a little while, such a funny moment, which broke up the tension after we had just got through an angsty part of the story. He teases about being all mushy and taking the mickey out of predictable highschool relationships and then does his own version; so adorable. Silas is a bad boy with a heart of gold. So pleased their dreams came true, they must have wished on lucky stars, when they stargazed. A HEA is in the making. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
