Okay, I don't know what Elle Kennedy put in this series, but it is CHEF'S KISS! I loved Gigi and Ryder and I loved Shane and Diana just as much. This was a lot heavier than I expected it to be at times, but Kennedy did it so well. I was tearing up at multiple points and this was so much more than a hockey romance. I loved many aspects of this book: The dance competition, the humor, the friend group, and the apartment complex. All the pieces just fit so well together for an incredible story. Also the cameos, omg, seeing the OG 4 hockey boys back in this one was perfection. Diana and Shane's relationship development was immaculate and I loved the fake dating and enemies-to-lovers tropes. I think my jaw dropped at some of the spice because it was SPICY, but of course, I loved that. I'm enjoying the series so far and can not wait for the next one!
