Tess Sharpe has a gift when it comes to mystery thrillers.
I love the way the dual timeline was incorporated throughout the novel as it really brings the characters to life while pulling you into the story. Without the POV from the past the plot would not have been as gripping and satisfying as it was.
The tension is palpable from the very first page, the mystery is well developed, and the characters have meaningful storyline’s outside of solving Mina’s murder. It’s seriously such a great novel and I hope everyone reads a Tess Sharpe mystery in their lifetime.
