I will forever eat up Rainbow Rowell's infinitely clever and hilarious prose. She perfectly captures the social insecurities that I fell victim to as a youngun, so her work resonates especially with me. I also really enjoyed seeing fan fiction within fiction, in a wonderfully meta comment about the writing process and how it helps and hinders sociality.
