4.68 - I loved a self help book, impressing

First, I don1t like to call them self help because you're kind of using someone's help (the book author) so it's not a 100% self book, but it's still self help in some ways...
Second, I really loved this and I'll probably re-read this a lot just to keep reminding myself of some things that I think is important to not forget.
