So, I've given up for now, 125 pages in. The problem is not the quality of the writing. It is in many ways an easy read and an interesting story. The problem is that I cannot stand Juniper Song Hayward. I get nauseous every time I pick the book up. I really cannot justify spending even a page or two more with this self-absorbed nitwit. Sorry, satire is not my favorite. I hate to give up, but I give up.
