I'll be the first one to say it, this is not worth the insane hype. yes it is a good book, yes it portrays a complicated relationship between two adults, WHAT'S NEW? I honestly really enjoyed this book as a relatively light read (yes there are some suicide attempts, complex relationships, and drug use, but overall it isn't a heavy book) but I just don't think it is life changing in any way.
