I want to love this so much. The concept is great. The twists are great. Will and James are *chef’s kiss.* But it moved too slow, I wasn’t super motivated to keep picking it up. Lots of new characters, POVs, subplots. I felt a little lost at times. The author of course pulls it together and delivers a stunning final few chapters but I can’t base my rating just on that. Will definitely read the 3rd though.
