This is a really interesting and well compiled book for people who live with chronic pain and who ant a better understanding of how the brain is related to that pain. The illustrations and graphics are really helpful in illustrating the points made in the book. I wish there were more in it about gut pain and issues facing that part of the body. Otherwise it's a terrific tool.
