I don't know what to tell you, romance books should not be over 300 pages. Maybe even that's a stretch. 250 is the sweet spot, anything more and I am surprised I even finished it. I even skipped the sex scenes, I just wanted the plot to plot. Then it did and it was rather underwhelming. The writing was good tho, there just should be less of the book.
