The Happiness Project: Or Why I Spent a Year Trying to Sing in the Morning, Clean My Closets, Fight Right, Read Aristotle, and Generally Have More Fun by Gretchen Rubin
3.0
A whole lot of this book seems to me to be 'If something bothers you, fix it' but that is just a whole new load of work, especially considering she is a working mom. The privileged position of having a man that actually picks up the slack.
I did find some items useful, like learning how to talk to children which helps the overal day to day. And I do see the benefit of doing a happiness project of some sorts. Maybe a bit smaller than the one in the book, but the benefits and flexibility can greatly help anybody
