Started reading this earlier in the year and only recently got around to finishing it. I have no idea what too me so long, other than that I didn't want it to end. Murch is such a remarkable individual to spend time with, and his insights into filmmaking are by turns both obtuse and unfailingly accurate. Looking forward to revisiting this like a daily devotional going forward, it's just so rich with insight and perspective on the medium.
