I loved this book. Absolutely ate it up. You had me from the jump at Shakespeare retelling, but then to also include representation of neurodiversity in two characters that get to find someone who loves and cherishes them no matter what was just 🥹.

This was my first Chloe Liese book and it won’t be my last. Real conversations. Real love. And some 🌶️. Just what you want out of a romance. Loveddddd.

Honestly, it was just fun to read a romance that wasn’t shying away from being that. I’ve read a few books this month that haven’t wanted to lean into that space hard enough and it’s made it very annoying to read. Also, if we’re doing a rom com I want a dual POV (for the most part). Sometimes it works without it, but I think that takes some serious intention on behalf of the author to consider the reader experience. Not that it can’t be done, just that it’s often not. But I digress. In this one, I loved the alternating POV, often during specific scenes, which was so fun to read. Getting the changing perspectives in real time and not retroactively? 10/10.

Can’t wait for the next one!! ❤️
