YESSSSSSS, this is the angst and drama I LIVE for!!!! I am so ready for the rest of this series to be published, and I’m so glad book 4 comes out next week, hahaha. I love Fortuna finally giving in to her attraction to Collith after helping him heal from his time in Hell, and then the BETRAYAL of Collith’s power and everything he had been lying to her about, UGH. YES.
The cliffhanger about Laurie now having her and turning her back into a Nightmare for his own purposes, UGH. LOVE. I am so so so so ready for an angsty threesome, so ready for Fortuna/Laurie to happen either way. I usually feel like heroines are too dramatic or too swoony/pathetic in books like this, and I really like all of Fortuna’s reactions/decisions so far. I feel like it’s realistic (as much as fantasy can be, obviously) and I almost always agree with her. I’m rooting for her to win it all and have Collith and Laurie be at her beck and call, hahahaha.
