Dee’s Grade: A
I went into this book afraid of not liking because of things I’d seen. I love this book and I find myself disagreeing with the naysayers. This is a sweet fluffy story of an emotionally mature hockey player who falls first for the cute nerd with rightful self-esteem issues. All Rylan does is build Hayes up and makes his comfort the priority from the start. He was absolutely swoony. Watching Hayes come out of his shell and become more confident in himself was wonderful to witness.
Tim Paige also did and excellent job narrating this book.
