How would you feel if you woke up on a beach, not remembering what happened to you or who you are? In You Will Remember Me, this is what happens to our main character. This book was so twisty, I loved the multiple POVs and how everything is connected in the end.
Years ago, Ash leaves Maine after getting involved in a murder investigation and is never seen or heard of again. Lily's boyfriend, Jack goes missing after a night swim in Maryland. This seems strange considering he's a strong swimmer. Lilly makes it her mission to find out what happened to the love of her life. With determination, she manages to find a connection as to what may have happened to Jack...a connection in Maine.
The ending of this book wrecked me, we read this for our book club and everyone was shocked by the twist at the end. I'm always a fan of "happy" endings so when a book doesn't have one it leaves me ruined. I immediately wanted more and would love to see these characters once again.
