Sign me up for a dark twist on the Wizard of Oz any day of the week! And when I say dark I mean dark! This was violent, a little bloody at times, and definitely had a high creep factor. I didn't fully know what to expect going in, but I enjoyed the story a lot. I think the twists on the world of Oz and its characters were done really well. The story was fast-paced as well and kept me interested while different plot points were being set up and developed. I liked Amy as a main character. She is strong and independent and she had growth from beginning to end. I'm excited to see where the rest of the series goes!
